To support graduates of Waianae High School who are pursuing college degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduate of Wai'anae high school; be a resident of the State of Hawaii; demonstrate a financial need; minimum grade point average of 2.5; maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria; preference: be a graduate of Wai’anae High School who has participated in the school’s award winning Searider Productions, drama program, or art program. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required or recommended for specific scholarships; current cumulative grade point average (gpa); transcripts should be as recent as possible and should not be a duplicate from a prior year hcf application; letters of recommendation (lor) are not typically required to submit Applicants application.
