To provide maximum flexibility to meet the philanthropic goals of our donors and the needs of our community. Qualifications: Applicants must be residents of the state of Hawaii; Applicants must demonstrate financial need; Applicants must be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Applicants must attend an accredited vocational education training or certification program in Hawaii or in the continental United States; Applicants must be concentrating in an Automotive Technology Program; Applicants must demonstrate good moral character. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee members. How to apply: Selection will be based on financial need, academic standing, and program of study. Preference will be given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if they continue to meet eligibility requirements and are in good academic standing; additional preference for students attending Universal Technical Institute. Focus: Automotive technology.
