Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawai'i; demonstrate financial need; maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA; must attend a school in the United States. Selection criteria: Preference: Intend to major in journalism or communications Undergraduate junior, senior and graduate students.
