To provide scholarships to students from Hawaiian immersion or Hawaiian medium education high schools in Hawaii. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawaii demonstrate financial need; maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA; must attend a school in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; Preference will be given a resident of the island of Kauai. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include FAFSA submission summary; most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required; additional documents: letters of recommendation, SAT/ACT scores for high school seniors, verification of organization affiliations, native Hawaiian ancestry verification.
