To encourage educational pursuits among women with bleeding disorders through providing financial assistance. Qualifications: Applicants must be women diagnosed with hemophilia or VWD; must be United States residents; must be accepted to an accredited college, university or technical school in the United States on a full-time basis (12 credit hours or more); must have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale during entire senior year of high school or current year of college or graduate school. Selection criteria: Recipients are chosen based on combined merit and need.
