To support graduate and undergraduate students who are pursuing education at Lowell. Qualifications: Applicants must be accepted for full-time enrollment as a freshman, transfer student or currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at UMass Lowell; be in good academic standing and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher; be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States; preference given to students with financial need; preference given to students who are actively involved in community service and are engaged in university sponsored extracurricular activities. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the Committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; submit cover letter with personal statement explaining reason for request; submit with academic transcript (unofficial is acceptable); recommendation from UML faculty or, if freshman, High School faculty; must submit high school transcripts and SAT/ACT scores.
