To support incoming ISU students in their pursuit of higher education. Qualifications: Applicants should be admitted as incoming freshmen who are admitted to the ISU and must have the combination of one of the following three: a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale; a 1140 SAT (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and Math) or 23 ACT; and ranking in the top 15% of their senior class; not open to international, online-only, or returning ISU students.
