To recognize an outstanding policewoman employed in any country. Qualifications: Applicants must be sworn law enforcement officer having graduated from a Police Training academy with the power of arrest; not have attended an annual IAWP training conference previously. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; submission must be in English; the narrative articulating the details is limited; may want to type out applicants submission in a word document to monitor word count restrictions, then cut and paste the text into the form's field; the application narrative should exclude personal details, names of family members, victims, and criminals; photos, newspaper articles, or similar materials are not accepted. Focus: Law enforcement.
