Qualifications: Applicants must be an ITEEA member and register for the ITEEA Annual Conference; applicant must be an undergraduate junior or senior TEECA member preparing to become a technology and/or engineering education teacher in Grades K-12; applicant must attend conference awards ceremony at which award is presented.
