To provide scholarships for week-long residential summer camp experiences for children who are Maine residents, ages 10-15, whose financial need would otherwise prevent them from affording such experiences. Qualifications: Applicants must be attend accredited colleges, universities, and technical/trade schools across the United States and abroad; must be Maine residents. Selection criteria: Selections based on leadership potential, academic performance, work experience, and commitment to school and community, as well as financial need and any other fund-specific requirements; recipients will be chosen annually from the pool of eligible campers attending each camp. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include transcripts or grade reports, letters of recommendation, and the Student Aid Report from the FAFSA.
