To support Marion County graduates pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates; Applicants must have attended a Marion County high school including senior year; Applicants must have attended a Marion County high school for at least two years; Applicants must be in the upper 50th percentile of ACT or SAT scores; Applicants must not be related to Cecilia Reszczynski or Eugene Reszczynski. Selection criteria: Selection based on academic ranking and not being a relative of specified individuals.
