To support the individuals who have gone above and beyond in their dedication to community service and improving the lives of others. Qualifications: Applicants must be women who have competed on the local, state, or national level from 2008 to present, regardless of whether a title was won; previous recipients are eligible. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; basis of a variety of criteria, including, but not limited to, grade point average ( high school & college/university), class rank, extra - curricular activities, financial aid requirements, household income, level of participation within the MAO system, and an essay escribing how the applicant has fulfilled a legitimate need in their community the creation, development, and/or participation in a community- based project or event to support and raise awareness of the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to protect our freedom. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include transcript from your / the most recent semester you completed showing your grade point average; high school transcript and letter of acceptance from if you have applied, been accepted, but are not yet attending; an essay of not more than 500 words which sets forth the following points; financial information sheet; a copy of the most recent financial aid application filed on your behalf with the / or school; attach two letter of reference including names addresses and telephone numbers from non -relatives that are familiar with your goals and ambitions.
