To support high school students pursuing flight training. Qualifications: Applicants must be a U.S. citizen residing in the state of Washington; must be a high school student at least 16½ years of age (as of March current year who has not yet started their senior year; must begin process of obtaining FAA third-class medical certificate; must be able to obtain a medical certificate in accordance with FAA medical standards; recipient must participate in The Museum’s Flight Mentoring Club, meeting at least once a month; must be attend a Pre-training workshop via Zoom on March current year; must attend the Scholarship Celebration scheduled for May current year; must be a demonstrates self-motivation to attain goals; must have grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
