To support Fulton County graduates pursuing engineering careers. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of Caston, Rochester, or Tippecanoe Valley high schools, or residents of Fulton County. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
