To provide educational scholarships for eligible persons, advised by First Presbyterian Church of Rochester. Qualifications: Applicants must be eligible students pursuing postsecondary education. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
