To provide college scholarships to Rochester High School graduates. Qualifications: Applicants must be qualified students graduating from Rochester High School and interested in the study of science and technology; must be planning to pursue postsecondary education. Selection criteria: Selection criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
