To support Fulton County graduates pursuing four-year degrees in Indiana. Qualifications: Applicants must be residents of Fulton County who are likely to succeed as 4-year university students at a state university in Indiana. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential; preference is also given to those planning on studying in the engineering or medical field.
