To provide support for educational scholarships for students who are Howard or Miami County residents and has graduated. Qualifications: Applicants must be has graduated from any Howard or Miami County High School in Indiana. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
