To provide college scholarships to Rochester High School graduates. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of Rochester High School in Indiana who plan to pursue postsecondary education. Selection criteria: Preference given to students pursing studies in the arts. Selection criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
