To provide scholarships to students pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be students attending accredited institutions of higher education, especially graduates of Rochester High School or Plymouth High School in Indiana. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
