To provide scholarships for qualified college students pursuing a Degree in Law, who were residents of Fulton County Indiana for at least three (3) years during his/her high school career (Grades 9-12). Qualifications: Applicants must have been accepted into a graduate school program and be enrolled in any School of Law in the United States; must have been residents of Fulton County Indiana for at least three years during their high school career Selection criteria: Selection criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
