To provide assistance to students who are pursuing advanced training in the field of fine and applied arts. Qualifications: Applicants must accepted into and attend accredited two- or four-year public or private institutions of higher learning and in particular to such students who are pursuing a degree in an art-related field and are residents of Fulton County Indiana; students graduating from Rochester High School with a minimum 2.5 GPA; special consideration will be given to handicapped students. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and following criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
