To recognize an students who have graduated from Muncie Community Schools, the Angola Public Schools, or the Peru Community Schools to assist in their obtaining college and graduate training in string music. Qualifications: Applicants must be string music students. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; selection criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
