To provide support for educational scholarships for residents of Fulton or Cass County. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of Caston High School pursuing a degree in agriculture or a related field. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and following criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
