To provide assistance to deserving students pursuing marine-related undergraduate or graduate studies. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate students entering the junior or senior year or graduate students with an overall GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 and demonstrated financial need; students must be United States citizens and enrolled or accepted in an accredited United States college or university beginning with the 13 year before fall term.
