To promote education in the aviation industry. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active OBAP member for at least 3 months prior to submitting an application for any scholarship program; must be 17 years of age or older; must reside within the United States and enrolled at an accredited Part 61 or Part 141 flight training institution/organization within the United States. Selection criteria: All award amounts are subject to change based on candidate evaluation, scoring, and training organization financial obligations at the time of final award selection. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; must provide 2 letters of recommendation with primary recommendation from an active OBAP member and secondary recommendation from a professional acquaintance.
