To support local graduating seniors who are planning to pursue postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be post-Secondary, HS Senior or homeschool student; must be female; must be resident: Wood or Wirt County, WV or Washington County, OH; have GPA: 2.5 minimum; financial need: Yes; preference given to Graduating seniors and first-generation college students; be high school seniors and current college students. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; consider the following: academics, activities/leadership, community service, financial need; special circumstances.
