To provide reimbursement for early childhood specific college courses. Qualifications: Applicants must reside in the State of Hawaii; college courses must be ECE focused and completed June current year to May next year; PACE classes converted to college credits transcripts for Fall current year and/or Spring next year semesters; CDA Credential must be dated on or after June current year through May next year; courses can be taken from Non-Hawaii Based Colleges (Priorities 1-4 only). Selection criteria: Preference will be given to those currently employed in a licensed Child Care Facility or operating a registered family child care home.
