To support graduate students pursuing medical degrees. Qualifications: Applicant must be: enrolled in a classified, degree-seeking program, including vocational, trade & technical programs; attending a two- or four-year accredited institution* in the state of Hawaii or the continental United States that is recognized by KS; full-time undergraduate or graduate student, as defined by their degree program. Half-time undergraduate or graduate students may be considered per individual scholarship requirements; must be a graduate student, Pursuing degree in medical field, Classified student in medical field. Selection criteria: Completed applications submitted by the program deadline date and time are reviewed according to specific fund criteria; applications are sent to individual selection committees for review and selections. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application, which includes: One personal statement essay and one list of extracurricular/community service activities; school transcript (complete with final grade information); current high school seniors attending Kamehameha Schools only: One letter of recommendation; supplemental documents such as LORs, FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) and art portfolios.
