To support students pursuing careers in music. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students pursuing careers in music, specifically piano and/or voice, with emphasis on Hawaiian music, opera, or musical theatre; must demonstrate a serious commitment to music training, a career in music, and dedication to artistic excellence; must demonstrate financial need; must be U.S. residents enrolled at an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Completed applications submitted by the program deadline date and time are reviewed according to specific fund criteria; applications are sent to individual selection committees for review and selections. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application, which includes: One personal statement essay and one list of extracurricular/community service activities; school transcript (complete with final grade information); current high school seniors attending Kamehameha Schools only: One letter of recommendation; supplemental documents such as LORs, FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) and art portfolios. Focus: Music; Performing arts.
