Qualifications: Applicants must be Hawai‘i residents or attending a college or university in Hawai‘i; must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students, or high school students as defined by their degree program; half-time undergraduate or graduate students may be considered based on individual scholarship requirements; must have a minimum GPA of 2.8; must demonstrate financial need.
