To support students pursuing degrees in law, pre-law, political science, archival/library science management, and cultural or natural resources. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students seeking a degree in Law or Pre-Law, Political Science, Archival/Library Science Management, and Cultural or Natural Resources Management (preference for students and individuals focused on protecting water rights in the Hawaiian Islands; must be full-time students enrolled at an accredited institution in the United States; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA; must be a U.S. resident. Selection criteria: Completed applications submitted by the program deadline date and time are reviewed according to specific fund criteria; applications are sent to individual selection committees for review and selections. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application, which includes: One personal statement essay and one list of extracurricular/community service activities; school transcript (complete with final grade information); current high school seniors attending Kamehameha Schools only: One letter of recommendation; supplemental documents such as LORs, FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) and art portfolios.
