To provide PFA Members who have not been active participants in the Polish Falcon programs. Qualifications: Candidates must have been involved in community service and/or volunteer programs; must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (G.P.A.) of 2.0 out of 4.0; there is no limit to the number of applicants from any one nest or district.
