To support high school graduates, desiring to enter the cosmetology profession. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school graduates under the age of 26 who want to enter the cosmetology profession. Selection criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic performance and interest in a cosmetology program. How to apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form along with two letters of recommendation; personal essay; and high school transcript. Focus: Cosmetology.
