To encourage educational pursuits among Redlands Unified School District graduates by providing educational assistance. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating senior from any Redlands Unified high school who has a 2.5 GPA or higher; this student must have attended Victoria Elementary School for at least three years and has continued to follow the Victoria Peace Builders Pledge.
