To help a deserving graduate pursue his or her training beyond high school. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduate pursue his or her training beyond high school; first preference is given to a student with a hearing or sight disability; if no recipient meets these criteria, the recipient must have scholastic ability; financial need is also considered. Selection criteria: Preference is given to a student with a hearing or sight disability. If no student with a hearing or sight disability applies, academic merit and financial need will also be considered.
