To provide for outstanding students who intend to pursue higher education at a two-year or four-year college. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating seniors from either Citrus Valley High School, Orangewood High School, Redlands East Valley High School and/or Redlands High School pursuing higher education at a two- or four-year college. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the counselors at each high school.
