To support the education of students from California. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who will attend an accredited two-year college or four-year university in the U.S.; have a minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; have demonstrated financial need; and committed in serving the community through involvement in community service, church or extra-curricular activities. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to applicants who have participated in high school sports for at least three years, two at the varsity level, and are intending to play at the college level.
