To support students who remain in Saskatchewan for acquiring post-secondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be an graduating Saskatchewan high school students. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on financial need; evidence of good character; community leadership; school leadership. How to apply: Applicants must attach a final statement of Grade 12 marks from the Provincial Registrar; must attach a confirmation of enrolment in a post-secondary institution; must attach an essay of not more than 500 words on two things they would change in the school system to better prepare for the future; must complete and attach a Revenue/Expense Form; must state whether they are applying for a student loan and explain why or why not; must attach an assessment letter from Student Loans if available; must attach a letter of reference from a school trustee or school system representative.
