To support graduates from Fredericksburg High School or Gillespie County High School who are pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior at Fredericksburg High School or Gillespie County High School in Fredericksburg Independent School District, Texas; must be a resident of Texas at the time of the application; must plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the upcoming school year. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, leadership and participation in community and school activities, submitted statement of education and career goals, and unusual personal of family circumstances. Preference will be given to students planning to attend schools in the state of Texas. How to apply: Applicant must complete the application online and submit current transcripts.
