To support graduates of New Prague High School who plan to pursue postsecondary education in healthcare fields. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or previous graduate from New Prague High School in Minnesota; must plan to attend an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in Minnesota for the upcoming academic year; must be pursuing study in medicine, internal medicine, nursing, paramedic studies, or physician assistant program. Renewable for up to three years if conditions are met. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, participation and leadership in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, statement of educational and career goals, and online recommendation. How to apply: Applicant must complete the online application and submit current transcripts. Applicant must have an online recommendation submitted on their behalf.
