To provided for students who are Steuben County residents and graduating from any Steuben County School. Qualifications: Applicants must be a Steuben County resident graduating from Angola, Fremont, Hamilton, or Prairie Heights High School, a non-traditional student returning after an absence, or an existing college student; must be pursue full-time study at a university or college; must maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on academic and leadership abilities, as well as character. How to apply: Applications must be submit to online.
