Qualifications: Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident enrolled in an accredited college or university in the state of Texas and planning to continue the next year (or a high school senior who meets these criteria); must have a minimum of 30 credit hours (or 45 quarter hours) still to complete; must consent to have a digital photograph of self and quote for display on Study.com if chosen as winner of scholarship.
