To fund is for graduating high school seniors, new and/or returning college students attending any accredited nonprofit public or independent two or four-year college/university or technical school. Qualifications: Applicants must be an undergraduate; United States Citizen (No ID required) or permanent resident (front and back copy of I-551); Texas Resident; demonstrate financial need (EFC not exceeding 001000 (NO EXCEPTIONS) Graduate of a high school.
