To provide financial support to deserving students in Alaska who want to pursue an education in any campus of the University of Alaska. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduate of a rural Alaska high school that is off the Alaska highway system; a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; enrolled full-time; a resident of Alaska.
