Qualifications: Applicants must be a current high school senior; must reside in franklin or grand isle county; enroll full time; must demonstrate leadership in community service outside of school activities (preference given to activities with religious groups); demonstrate academic achievement; demonstrate financial need; must attend an accredited school approved for federal title iv funding (pell grants, federal direct loans). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on financial need, essay, academic achievement, and recommendation letters.
