To support Vermont students pursuing undergraduate degrees in public safety related fields. Qualifications: Applicants must seek an undergraduate degree in a field related to public safety, including but not limited to, emergency services, law enforcement, or criminal justice; must enroll full time; must demonstrate financial need; attend an accredited school approved for federal title iv funding (pell grants, federal direct loans); students attending (or planning to attend) a college, university or training program within the United States or Canada who are: United States citizens (or eligible non-citizens); be Vermont residents.
