To support dependents of members as they pursue undergraduate degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must be a legal dependent of a police officer who is an active member of the Vermont police association; must seek an undergraduate degree; must enroll full time; must demonstrate financial need; must attend an accredited school approved for federal title iv funding(pell grants, federal direct loans); students attending (or planning to attend) a college, university or training program within the United States or Canada who are: United States citizens (or eligible non-citizens); be Vermont residents. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on essay and financial need.
