To assist students with obtaining their associate or bachelor’s degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must seek an undergraduate degree; must enroll full time; must demonstrate academic achievement (minimum 3.5 cumulative gpa on a 4.0 scale);must demonstrate financial need; demonstrate community service; must attend an accredited school approved for federal title iv funding (pell grants, federal direct loans); students attending (or planning to attend) a college, university or training program within the United States or Canada who are: United States citizens (or eligible non-citizens); be Vermont residents. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on academic achievement, financial need, essay, and recommendation letter.
