To financially assist undergraduate students and help defray the cost of attending the annual meeting. Qualifications: Applicants must be students currently enrolled full-time or part-time in an academic degree program at either the undergraduate or graduate level. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on Awards Committee. How to apply: Applications must submit online; must submit two documents: the student’s résumé or curriculum vitae; a cover letter indicating that the student is applying for the travel award; this cover letter must contain all of the following information: the student’s full contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address; the name of the student’s college or university, as well as the school or department housing the degree program in which the student is enrolled; whether the student is matriculated in a graduate or undergraduate degree program; the title of the student’s paper presentation; a brief explanation of how conference attendance will be valuable to the student’s career development (including how it will relate to future career plans); a summary of other funding sources available to the student, if any; a brief summary of how the student’s presentation fits into his or her larger research trajectory.
